You get six work products from the same conversation: Brief, Diagram (Bird’s Eye, Current State, Future State), AI Coach, Execution plan, Actions, and the Transcript as evidence. From the diagram you can run a step-by-step walkthrough or open it directly in draw.io and keep editing. Unresolved questions become your next-meeting agenda, one copy away.

Each source uses credits based on its length and depth — a short sync costs less, a long or complex workshop more — so you only ever pay for what a source actually needs, with no rigid per-source cap. Monthly credits refresh each cycle; top-up credits never expire.

Loopflake generates architecture diagrams with a Bird’s Eye overview plus Current State and Future State views, drawn from what the room actually discussed. You can walk through the real-world flow step by step, export as PNG or a shareable HTML file, or open the generated diagram directly in draw.io to keep designing.
